RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with APW Inc. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel the need to return all or part of your order, we are here to help! Please use the details in our Returns Policy to guide you through the returns process and answer any of your questions.

BEFORE RETURNING

If your reason for returning is like any of the scenarios below, please follow the instructions provided before returning.

Have you installed or used the item?

Items that have been used or installed in most cases will not be accepted as a return. If there is a problem with the item AFTER it has been installed or used, chances are we can help without the item needing to be returned. Is the product no longer needed?

We understand that circumstances can change. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If the product you purchased is no longer needed, we will gladly accept your return. Please make sure that product is returned complete, uninstalled, unused, and within our 30 day return period.

Did you receive the wrong item?

Parts and accessories can sometimes be perceived as wrong yet may in-fact be the correct item. We encourage our customers to purchase replacement parts and accessories based on the model number of the original equipment to ensure proper fit. If you feel like the item you received is incorrect or does not fit, please email us at returns@apw-inc.com or call (888) 279-9274 first before returning.

Does the item have damage?

If the item was damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. The process to submit a claim with the shipping carrier can take time to complete. Items with shipping damage reported after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange or reimbursement.

Did the item not work as expected?

Mechanical problems or manufacturing defects can often be identified by our technicians. If you feel that the item you ordered does not work as expected, please contact us as soon as possible. Many mechanical issues we can resolve simply by walking through a series of troubleshooting steps to locate the source of the problem. If the issue sounds more like a manufacturing defect, the technicians will be able to walk you through how to initiate a warranty return. RETURNING NEW & UNUSED ITEMS FOR A REFUND

To return a new and unused item, simply fill out our online Return Merchandise Form, print and include with your package. Please ensure that proper packaging is used to prevent any damage that may occur during the return shipment. APW Inc. is not liable for damage that occurs during the return shipping process. Damage to the product during return shipping may affect the eligibility of the return. Please choose the most convenient carrier and method for the returning merchandise. Please retain copies of the shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery.

RETURNED ITEM REFUNDS

All returns are subject to an 8.95$ returns processing fee. New and unused items that are returned complete will receive a credit for the original purchase price of the product. New and unused items that are returned incomplete will be subject to additional fees to cover replacement of missing pieces. If you are returning a product that is inelligable for return, APW reserves the right to refuse these items. Orders that received free shipping are subject to a deduction of the original outbound shipping cost from the refund amount.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

Returns that follow our guidelines will be inspected and processed within 3-5 days of delivery at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, the credit will be issued to your original form of payment. Please be aware that it can take up to an additional 10-15 days for the refunded amount to post to your bank account. If you have questions regarding the status of your return credit, please contact us.
