SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER HANDLING TIME FRAMES
- In-Stock Items: When you place an order for items that are marked as "In-Stock," we'll process and ship your order within 1-2 business days.
- Special Order Items: When you place an order with items marked as "Special Order", the handling time may vary. You can find the estimated handling time for these items on the product page. Please keep in mind that the time frames given for products are estimates only. For a more precise estimation of the expected time of arrival (ETA), please contact our customer service time at (888) 279-9274.
- Mixed Item Orders: Orders containing items that are both "In-Stock" and "Special Order" will ship once all items are available to ship. If you would like to ship the available items immediately, and the remaining items once they become available, please call us. Requesting to have an order split into multiple shipments may require additional shipping charges.
ORDER DELAYS
- US Holidays: If your order was placed on or near one of the major US holidays, you may notice a 2-3 business day delay in your order being processed. Our office and warehouse are closed for most major US holidays.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Occasionally, order processing may experience delays due to unexpected events such as inclement weather. Rest assured; we'll do our best to keep you informed about any delays that may affect the processing of your order.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Free Shipping Over $99: We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $99, excluding freight orders.
- All Other Orders: For orders under $99 or orders requiring freight shipments, our shipping prices are calculated based on the total weight of the order. For questions concerning shipping costs please call us.
SHIPPING METHODS
- Economy Shipping: At this time, we only offer economy shipping through our website. Shipments may be made through either FedEx or USPS carriers and will ship the most economic method available. For customers that require expedited shipping of an order, please contact our customer service team before placing your order. We're here to accommodate your shipping needs.
- United States Orders Only: Currently our website only supports orders within the United States. For orders outside of the US, please contact us directly to place your order.
ORDER INSPECTION
- Missing Or Damaged Items: Once you receive your order, please inspect for any missing items or shipping damage. All damaged shipments or missing orders must be reported within 3 days of receipt. In case of an issue with your shipment, please contact us at (888) 279-9274.
